Raffco Int’l Trading Corp., the company that owns the Plains & Prints trademark and system, is a Filipino-owned corporation established in 1994 by the husband and wife team of Erickson and Roxanne Ang-Farillas. What started out as one 11 sq. m. store had grown to a nationwide network of 30 company-owned and 24 franchised boutiques.
Raffco’s team of designers and merchandisers are directly managed by Roxanne and travels to various fashion capitals to keep abreast of the latest design trends. An average of 40 new styles are introduced each month and released in weekly batches to ensure that loyal clients always have something new to look forward to.
In recognition of its accomplishments in the retail industry, the Philippine Retailers Association and the Department of Industry awarded Plains & Prints the distinction of being the Outstanding Filipino Retailer in its category for two years in a row – 2007 and 2008.
In 2008, Raffco established a subsidiary, Plains & Prints Pte. Ltd. to pave the way for the brand’s eventual expansion into the Asian region. Reputable malls in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia approved the Plains & Prints store concept and products when it was presented to them. Raffco is currently looking for franchisees for the Asian region.
