Seorae Galmaegi opened their first restaurant in 2007. We were soon flooded with enquiries from people who wanted to open Seorae Galmaegi franchise. Seoraester Co Ltd was founded in order to handle all the enquiries. Even now, there are over 100 businessmen on the waiting list, but Seoraester Co Ltd limits the expansion to preserve the exclusivity of the brand. As Seorae Galmaegi was gaining popularity, Seoraester Co Ltd launched another franchise food business, Seorae Bulgogi.
