In recognition of the company’s commitment toward investing in training, PestBusters received Singapore’s National Training Award.
The top brass of PestBusters made an important contribution to the nation in developing criteria for assessment models used to measure standards for Singapore’s National Spatial Reference System (NSRS) in reference to the national pest control industry. PestBusters is also recognised as an OJT (On-The-Job) Training Center through its commitment to continually training new and existing staff to upgrade their skill-sets and improve their knowledge.

Developed through years of field experience and research into the behavioural patterns of various pests, PestBusters is proud to offer its Integrated Pest Management program, which has been designed to strike out against and fully eliminate pest infestations.
Evolution over millions of years has made pests adaptable to challenging circumstances. Some pests are able to survive and multiply in threatening environments, and can even survive indiscriminate chemical spraying. Our Integrated Pest Management plan begins with preliminary inspections of the affected area to identify the pest species and exploit their weaknesses, in addition to establishing the food sources used to sustain the infestation. After surveying the pest problem, we formulate a strategy and strike with full force to disorientate the pests and ensure they are unable to regroup. Follow-up inspections ensure that all remaining stragglers are eliminated.
