Wee Nam Kee serves “Luji” (stock chicken), “Shaoji” (roasted chicken) and also “Baiji” (white chicken) with other complementary dishes pairing with unique chilli recipe to bring out the best eating experience.

Authenticity Through A Master’s Touch

Since 1960, Master Chef Loh (who is a Master trained under a Hainanese Grand Master) has been refining the Singapore recipe over the years. Together with Mr. Wee Sr., Master Chef Loh and his team are helping to create the special chicken rice and chilli recipe that are being enjoyed by both local and tourists today!
